Biscuits and Gravy to Babies

We had a great time out the ranch with Papa and Mamanita last week. Mama and Adalynn made biscuits and gravy for dinner for us. Delicious!! We are loving living in town, but we for sure miss our time with Papa and Mama as well!
Burton trying on Aunt Gini's hat. We are so excited to have her living in Abilene (mostly)! Excited to get to spend more time with her.
A heated pool on a warmish sunny day = lovely
Aunt Coco is always so sweet to saddle Buddy for the little kids to ride. Adalynn has been very nervous in the past and hasn't wanted to ride. But this time she chose to ride even though she was a little afraid. She's growing up too fast!

AND. Last, but not least. We are expecting baby Cornett #3 to arrive in September!

12 Weeks along.

Sunny May Days

We have been enjoying some sunny days around here. Which has meant lots of pool time for us!
 Hanging out with Aunt Gini.

Adalynn continues to want to be a mama all day every day.
Got to to get her own ice cream for the first time! She chose pink. I was shocked that she did.

Burton and Ady love Nate and Haley!

One of Adalynn's new favortie things to do is to take pictures. Paden and Lindsi were willing subjects for her. She has a future in photography, I can tell!

Fort Worth Zoo and Kirk Goodwin 5K

It was a beautiful day for the zoo. We got to see nearly every animal up close. And most of them were up walking around and putting on a show for us. It was a great day for the zoo.

The swing on the back porch here at the Flying T Ranch is one of Burton and Adalynn's favortie places to sit.
Eating a whole strawberry for the first time.

Matt and I joined Jedidiah, Shelley and Cori in running the Kirk Goodwin 5K this year.
Adalynn loves to run. And is acutally an excellent runner! She was in the stroller, but asking to run the whole time. So we let her get out and run the last 1/4 mile or so. She was cheered on by everyone  as she neared the finish line and loved every second of it!

Easter and Burton Turns One

Easter with our community from the Well at the Brown's beautiful place!
Mimi came to visit for her spring break and was here for Burton's first birthday!
Aunt Coco made two fabulous cakes! One for Burton and one for Aunt Gini.
 Burton's cake
 Construction themed party.

 Beautiful fruit and veggie trays.
The cake Cori made for Gini for her bday.
The fruit and veggie tray Papa made after seeing the ones that we made. Haha.

Burton was excited about sharing his birthday with Aunt Gini, but not so much his cake!

Little Rock 10k and Half Marathon

We say that we were going to Little Rock for the 10k and the half marathon races, but in reality, that is not entirely true. We used the ra...
