Texas and Arizona

For those of you who do not have facebook, here are some more pictures of Colton. Also, the reason I went to Texas is because one of my college roommates/best friends got married! It was so much fun to see college friends and to see Kathleen and Matt get married!!

Little Baby Ott Has Arrived!

Will Cotton's reaction when he heard that the baby had arrived!

Me and my precious new nephew! I am so thankful that I was able to be here when he arrived!

Nate and Terah and the newest member of their family.

Colton Henry Ott has now arrived! He weighed 8lbs, 8oz. Terah and Colton are both doing great! Just a few pics for now! More will come I am sure. :)

We are so very blessed to have this little bundle of joy come into our lives. Once again, I am overcome with an unexplainable love for this little guy. It is amazing that even though I have known him less than two hours I already love him so much. God has given our family such a gift of hope, joy, and renewal in these small children. We once again, miss Tyler terribly and wish everyday that we could see him and wish everyday that he was here to hold this new little life. But we also know that we will see him again one day and that he is rejoicing with us with this new baby!

Spring is Coming!

Things are melting here! And as much as I love the cold weather, snow and winter here...spring has a whole new meaning to me this year!

Yesterday was a sunny, pretty warm, and beautiful day! Matt and I spent the afternoon outside! On Saturday I bought some plants and pots for our house at Lowe's. One of the plants I bought was a peace lily. When Tyler died a friend of mine gave me a peace lily, but when I moved up here I left the lily with my mom...so I bought a replacement one for our house here. Also a friend of ours from church gave us 3 plants (or starts of plants)! I have been wanting to get some plants for our house since we moved here...but wanted to wait for it to warm up a little so I wouldn't freeze to death while repotting them! So, this last week it has started warming up (it was 43 degrees on Saturday and 41 degrees yesterday)! So, yesterday we cleaned and swept our garage and put our new plants into pots. The people that lived here before us left the water hose outside, so the first thing we had to do was bring the hose inside and put it in a warm tub of water to get the ice out of the hose. After that we were ready to go. I love having indoor plants because it makes the house seem so much brighter and happier! Here are a few pictures of our new plants!

We say that we were going to Little Rock for the 10k and the half marathon races, but in reality, that is not entirely true. We used the ra...
